Every day, Royal Rays Initiative Uganda works alongside LGBTQ+ communities and people living with HIV to reduce stigma, improve access to health information and services, and create safer, more inclusive communities. Through community dialogue, outreach, advocacy and storytelling, we amplify voices that are too often unheard and help build pathways to dignity, resilience and hope.

Today, we’re proud to launch Singa Gwe (What If It Was You?)—a documentary podcast that shares the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ people living with HIV in Uganda. By creating space for honest conversations, the podcast aims to challenge stigma, inspire empathy and encourage lasting change.

Every contribution supports podcast production, guest travel, recording equipment, editing, community engagement and outreach, while also strengthening Royal Rays’ ongoing programmes that provide health education, peer support and safe spaces for marginalized communities.
